What we collect when you contact us, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

Dimoff Digital is a web development studio. This page describes what happens to the data you give us and to the data collected when you visit this site. Short version: your enquiry is delivered to our inbox, we do not sell anything to anyone, and the analytics tools running on this site are listed below by name.

01

Who is responsible

Dmitri Dimov, trading as Dimoff Digital, operates this site and decides how the data described below is used. For any question about your data, or to have it deleted, write to dimovdima1509@gmail.com or call +43 660 698 77 95. The same address answers privacy requests and project enquiries, and a real person reads it.

02

What the enquiry form collects

The forms on this site ask for the following. Only a way to reach you is needed to reply (the quote form also asks for a budget range); everything else exists so the first call is useful rather than a round of basic questions.

  • Your name, or whatever you would like to be called.
  • One contact: a phone number, a messenger handle or an e-mail address. You choose which.
  • Your type of business.
  • The type of site you are after, and whether you already have one.
  • Your description of the project.
  • Your budget range and desired timeline.

The site calculator works entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it reaches us unless you press send on its form; then your selections are sent along with your enquiry.

03

What is attached to your enquiry automatically

So we know which page brought you and what you were reading, the following is attached to the enquiry you send. It is held in your browser for the duration of the visit and is discarded when you close the tab.

  • The form you used.
  • The site you arrived from, if you followed a link (the domain only, not the full address).
  • The first page you landed on and the pages you opened afterwards.
  • Campaign tags (utm_*) if the link you followed carried any.
  • The time your visit started.

Your IP address is read from the request when a form is submitted and is used to refuse more than six submissions a minute from the same address, so the form cannot be used to flood us. Our application keeps it briefly in the server's memory, does not write it to disk and does not attach it to your enquiry. Our hosting provider may also process IP addresses in its technical logs.

04

Where it goes

A submitted enquiry is forwarded through the Formspree service to our e-mail inbox and, where enabled, to a private Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. Formspree also keeps a copy in our account. It is read by the people who will actually work on your project. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with data brokers. If a project starts, the correspondence continues over the channel you chose.

06

Analytics, session recording and cookies

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn runs three tools when you open a page: Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and pages; Google Ads, which measures whether our adverts lead to enquiries; and Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks form input by default. These tools may set their own cookies and transmit your IP address to their providers.

The site itself also stores a NEXT_LOCALE cookie with your language choice. In your browser's session storage it keeps the visit details described in section 3 and a note that the opening animation has already played; session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the standard contractual clauses offered by the provider.

08

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our inbox, chat history and Formspree account for as long as we are talking about the project and for the life of any contract that follows, because that correspondence is the record of what was agreed. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as invoices, we keep them for the statutory period. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, without asking why.

09

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to dimovdima1509@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If we handle it badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Austria that is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).

There is no automated decision-making on this site, and the service is not directed at children under 16.
